Scholarship Information
Thurmont’s Masonic Lodge is extending the deadline for the
2020 Scholarship Applications!
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the resulting closure of Catoctin High School (CHS) for the remainder of the
school year, Acacia Lodge #155 in Thurmont has determined that the application deadline for their annual scholarship
program for 2020 (CHS school district) graduating Seniors, will be extended until Saturday, May 30, 2020.
All graduating High School level Seniors from the 2020 graduating class at CHS, or an accredited private school, or
home school program who reside within the Catoctin High School district boundaries (per Frederick Co. Public School
District Map) are encouraged to apply for scholarships worth up to $5,000.00.
Completed Scholarship Applications should be mailed (post mark no later than Saturday, May 30, 2020) to the
